“PTI Reclaims Electoral Symbol ‘Bat’ After Peshawar High Court Verdict”
Big news on the horizon! PTI’s journey takes a turn as the Peshawar High Court steps in, reverting the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) decision and returning the Election symbol ‘Bat’ to PTI.
Here’s the scoop: After the ECP nullified PTI’s intra-party elections, the party lost its symbolic ‘Bat’ and found itself without a leader. The newly elected chairman, Barrister Gohar, couldn’t take charge after the ECP’s ruling.
However, PTI’s leadership, led by Barrister Gohar, decided to challenge this decision. They took the case to the Peshawar High Court, seeking justice. And guess what? Today, the Peshawar High Court made a significant move by dismissing the ECP’s decision to revoke PTI’s ‘Bat’ symbol.
On this occassion while talking to media Barrister Gohar said’ “The Peshawar Hight Court not only restore the symbol “Bat” but also resotre the people believe in justice.
But hold your horses! This decision is temporary. The court has frozen the matter until the final verdict is reached in the case.
